Our Story
Arshya Pipe Fittings Pvt Ltd was founded with a singular focus: to manufacture butt-weld pipe fittings and flanges that meet the exacting documentation, dimensional and metallurgical demands of boiler, power, refinery and process industries — both in India and across demanding international markets.
Operating under the IBR Fittings brand, we specialise in Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel (Chrome-Moly and Nickel-Alloy) and Stainless Steel fittings produced to ASME B16.9, ASME B16.28 and ASME B16.5 / B16.47. Every product is manufactured under a Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001:2015, with product-level certification spanning PED 2014/68/EU, TUV, AD 2000-Merkblatt and IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) approval.
What sets us apart is not just our own production lines, but the integrated industrial ecosystem we operate within. Our group company, Arshya Engineers & Fabrications Pvt Ltd (AEFPL), gives our fittings business direct access to forging, hot-forming, induction bending, CNC machining, heat treatment and an in-house metallurgical testing laboratory — capabilities that most independent fittings manufacturers simply do not have on tap.
The result is a fittings supplier that thinks like a fabricator: every elbow, tee, reducer, cap, stub end, lateral, cross and flange we ship is produced with an understanding of how it will be welded, tested and installed in the field.

Controlled-atmosphere heat-treatment furnaces for normalising, annealing, solution annealing and PWHT.

Spectrometry (PMI), tensile, impact, hardness and metallographic testing performed on-site for full traceability.

Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Dye Penetrant (DP) and Magnetic Particle (MPI) testing facilities.
