Send your RFQ or BOQ
Through the RFQ form (Excel/PDF attachments accepted), by email or on WhatsApp. Quotations are usually issued within 24 hours.

Technical review
Our engineers confirm grade, dimensional standard, wall schedule, testing and documentation before order confirmation; an inspection & test plan is shared where your project requires one.
- 03
Manufacture & testing
Chemical and mechanical testing, heat treatment, PMI and NDE as specified, with heat-number traceability on every fitting.
- 04
Inspection & certificates
EN 10204 3.1 as standard, or 3.2 witnessed by Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Lloyd’s Register, SGS, DNV or your own inspector.
- 05
Export packing
Marine-grade packing in fumigated wooden cases or pallets, bevel ends protected, cases marked to your instructions.
- 06
Shipment & documents
FOB, CFR or CIF terms, with commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and material test certificates.

Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Lloyd’s Register, SGS, DNV or your own inspector can witness testing and sign EN 10204 3.2 certificates.
Which certificates come with an export order?
EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates as standard, 3.2 where specified, plus PED / AD 2000 documentation for European pressure equipment projects and the shipping documents for customs.
Can you register as an approved vendor for our company or project?
Yes — we are an approved vendor to major EPC contractors and can supply the company documents, certificates and reference lists your vendor qualification requires. Send us your vendor registration requirements.
