Arshya Pipe Fittings Pvt Ltd operates within an integrated manufacturing ecosystem alongside our group facility, Arshya Engineers & Fabrications Pvt Ltd (AEFPL) — a 92,000 sq.ft. ASME U-Stamp and Lloyd's Register Asia approved fabrication facility equipped with advanced hot-forming presses, induction bending machines, CNC profiling, heat-treatment furnaces and an in-house metallurgical testing laboratory.
This vertical integration gives us direct control over forging, forming, heat treatment, machining and NDT — ensuring every IBR Approved fitting that leaves our facility is dimensionally accurate, metallurgically sound, and fully documented to EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2.

Every fitting is manufactured and inspected under a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015, with product certification covering PED 2014/68/EU, TUV, AD 2000-Merkblatt W0, IBR (Form III-C) and ASME U-Stamp. Dimensional inspection, hydrostatic testing, PMI, UT, RT and hardness testing are performed in-house, with EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 test certificates issued for every consignment.
